Your hosts

The Jonathan Art Center is owned and run by Liz and Richard Hirstle, with Liz providing the tuition and guidance for guests as well as preparing the excellent meals.

Liz comes well qualified for the job, with a diploma in art and design, a combined teaching and fine arts degree from Kent University as well as a short, but successful career as a chef.

Having spent most of her life as an artist and teacher in the UK she moved to South Australia seven years ago.
