If you have your own materials please bring them along. Typically these would include :
2B pencils, 4B pencils
Putty rubber, Pencil sharpener
Charcole sticks
A sketch pad
Water based pastels
- or pastels that will disolve on paper
Water colour pencils
Acrilic paints
Water colour brushes - small, medium, large
Oil brushes - medium, large
Water colour mixing palate + rinse cup
Palate knife
Pallate of disposable oil paint mixer pads
A small carry box.
We will supply watercolour paper and canvas. We will also supply you with an easle, unless you would like to bring your own.
Slip, Slop, Slap
It is essential to have a wide brimmed hat or other shade, and sun block cream. We also advise sensible shoes. It is not a good idea to wear expensive clothes - you could get messy! |
Starter Pack
If you are an absolute beginner and not sure what you will need we can supply you with a starters pack at the subsidised rate of $50. Liz can also advise you on the best materials to buy if you decide to continue with your new hobby.
